And @Gemma_P - the reason I'm given for not getting it is because of the speed returned by the BT Wholesale checker is too low - Have got another mod looking at this already.


Glad you got it sorted. However, your comparison with Netflix is not right. Netflix use a lower bitrate and also use adaptive technology to adjust the bitrate on the fly depending upon available linespeed. BT pushes the same fixed rate high quality UHD stream out to everyone. Therefore the comparison just doeant stack up.

Hi guys just connected my UHD box and all seems well except in settings it tells me I'm not connected to my router even though I'm watching channel 433, also unable to get drop-down to get mobile phone linked. Any suggestions. Welcome your advice.
