BT Player - BTP-125 error?

I have a number of purchases in My Zone in the BT Player such as Alien Covenant etc. When I try to play them I get an error message saying "Sorry we can not play this at the moment, etc BTP-125"

 

However I bought The Mummy yesterday and this plays fine (although after getting 1/4 way through perhaps wish I hadn't!). Anyone know what this BTP-125 error is ? I've done a search/google for it and it does not seem a common error.

 

I have fully powered my box off and on too. I expect I will get the solve all response of "reset the box" from BT when I log it.

It just resolved itself thankfully. I got no help from anyone.

out of interest  do you have more than one Youview box  ?

Yes a UHD one and the normal HD one.
