I hope you can help me. I can't access the "catch up" on demand section of the BT player which has disappeared. This is on a newer BT YV t4000 Uhd box which I recently upgraded to. I had the previous version before this and every iteration since BT tv started so I'm well versed in using these boxes. I'm on the entertainment Ultra HD package.
I've spend some time trying to problem solve. I can get all my extra tv channels (FOX etc etc) but the on demand tab has disappeared. If I search a show I can View it that way but not in the missing tab with the channels. I have also factory reset my YV and BT hh5. No joy. Strangely my IOS BT Tv won't work either.

Is that a screen capture from your own box -
You need to select Catch Up rather than Library - when you do you should see an option for TV Players and by scolling down should find the extra channel catchup.
Probably best to see if a BT TV expert picks up on this thread - if they don't I'll alert the mods tomorrow.
Hi, can you scroll down to settings? Then you should have "Reset BT TV data" option.
Failing that, then your account has been set up incorrectly and we need Mod intervention

Having read this thread, I too don't have 'Catch-Up' on my BT Player either. Any assistance please?
