Funny, but it seems ok now that's the main thing, bt sending me a new box but don't want to use it now in case that one starts playing up, was it a stuttering picture on certain programs that you had?
@Ian53 stuttering picture wasn't one of th issues I had. Mine were mainly apps crashing and BT Sport Ultimate HDR causing the box to reboot but quite a few reported the latter
