Have just started with BT today, all has gone ok.
Signed up 29th July and took Infinity and HD Extra and BT Sport and distinctly remember the offer screen saying that if I took HD Extra then BT Sport HD would be included.
All the other HD channels, Discovery HD and Nat Geo HD work great.
BT Sport SD is there ok but when I attempt to watch BT Sport HD I am asked to subscribe, I'm directed to BT website and when I sign in to my account online BT want £4 extra per month to watch BT Sport in HD.
BT please advise as this for certain was not in my opening offer.
Thanks in advance
Solved! Go to Solution.
Have done both several times but no further on.
Hoping to speak to a UK rep tomorrow or Monday.
Seems to be an issue affecting several users.
This a community forum rather than a direct BT enquiry point.
Currently BT standard pricing is that -
If you take the BT Sport HD Pack there will be no charge for BT Sport HD if you have HD Extra.
the BT Sport HD Pack and (BT TV) HD Extra are regarded as seperate items and have to be ordered - sometimes this occur automatically if you take certtain packages - sometimes you have to self select or build your own packages - Individually they are currently £4 each per month which is the price you are seeing - the discount is applied when the bill is produced.
I also took out Ent plus with HD extra
All the other HD channels, Discovery HD and Nat Geo HD work, but no HD sports 1&2.
Phoned BT last week to get it sorted they said it would take 7-10 days and today i have No Ent plus and No sports
I got mine sorted.
The non UK call centers where not much help at all.
On Twitter there is a @btcare account. I tweeted the issue to that and they sent me a link for online chat with a UK rep based in N.Ireland who understood the issue and the channels appeared within the hour.
