I've just set up the BT TV app and successfully paired it with my 4K box. However, when scrolling through the TV guide on the app, it does not give me the ability to record programs?
I have the same problem .
tried a soft reset and re- pair the phone
still no option to record
Noticed the TV guide always starts from midnight and not the current time
I'm guessing you guys are using the iOS app on an iPhone or iPad? An issue was spotted this week with the clocks changing last weekend - it caused the TV guide to break. It'll correct itself on Monday when the clock change moves outside of the scope of the guide.
All back working now, I logged out and logged back in again and it seems to have worked.
Thanks for the update regarding the time, it does show the right time on the top bar, but the guide below is way out of sync. Yep, using IOS app.
