Can someone explain why every week i have to re-set my BT box for a software upgrade. What is going on with BT that it has to be upgraded each week or am I just unlucky. It is so frustrating as im losing my recordings as it won't allow me to now to reset the box and keep the recordings anymore.
Hi @zuluqueenofthenight Sorry that you keep having to upgrade the software on the BT Youview box and lose your recordings. Do you get any error codes showing that results in you having to update the software. If not please can you elaborate on what happens that results in you having to reset the box?
