Reading a few posts on here I realise this may be a common problem, but for the past 2 or 3 days, I keep getting the IPC6023 error. Getting it on all internet channels, both HD and SD channels. Picture is perfect with no break-up or pixellation but every 4 minutes the picture freezes and the error message appears. If I press back, select a non-internet channel & then go back to the internet channel I was watching, all is ok for about 4 minutes & then the cycle repeats...
I've tried all the suggestions such as turning on/off the Homehub & resetting the Youview box. There is no apparent problem with my internet speed, between 60 -75 Mbps to my PC (ethernet cable) & I usually get well over half that speed to the Youview box via the powerline adaptors. The powerline adaptors contantly show constantly green staus light suggesting over 10 Mbps; easily enough for HD, let alone SD channels. Powerline adaptors are plugged directly into mains sockets, not extension leads.
There are no reported line or Broadband faults listed for my area.
Any suggestions please folks?
