Looking for a bit of help with finishing the set up from my YouView box which i installed yesterday.
I am now receiving all the freeview channels and general apps, however, when i try to go into the BT player i get a message saying that i am not a BT TV customer and that I need to call to quote a code. I have both a BTP-15000 and a BTP-15990 code.
Any help on this would be great.

Judging by a similar thread solved recently you need assistance from one of the Moderators. They are the only BT employees who work on the forum in an official capacity.
I'm confident one of them will find your message and assist you accordingly, but please be prepared for a delay while they are dealing systematically with a backlog.
