Hi, I've only been with BT TV for a few weeks and have a problem. I start to watch a programme I have recorded, with subtitles, then fast forward through adverts. When I return to the programme the subtitles have frozen. I have to uncheck subtitles on the menu and then click again to restore them - annoying! I have tried rebooting the box but the priblem continues. Any suggestions please.
