I've come to switch on my Youview 4k UHD BT TV box this morning and it is stuck in maintenance mode. Despite trying all five options on this screen I end up back there. Can anyone advise how I can reset the box? Or do I need a replacement?

Assuming you have a BT Tv contract ring up to report a box fault.
I have the exact same problem, did you manage to resolve the issue? I'm not with BT so they're not going to help me.
Basically the hard drive had gone, so I had to get a new YouView box. BT came out and replaced it and the newer model is much more stable. Sorry that doesn't help you much!
