Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me.
When i log into my account, under Products section, my Broadband and phone show up fine but my tv has the following message
We can't find your TV plan details
view your bill To see what TV option you are on
I have tried online chat (3 times) and phone call (2 times) to try and get it so i can see my tv account but to no avail.
Were the online/phone support able to tell you what TV plan you are currently on ?

Yes, they said everything looked fine their end. Its just not showing up when i log into my account.
Mine was like that from Dec13 thru to sometime last summer .... suddenly got corrected.
Well i have just received a bag in the post for me to send my bt box back to them ( the account has only been opened a month)
I have tried chat and calls only to be told everything looks ok their end.
My TV is still not showing online.
Again, can any Mod help me?
Send me an email using the contact the mods link in my profile I can get this looked at for you.
