What happens at the end of a BT trial if extra BT services are ordered as part of that trial ? I do understand that you are never charged for these extra services during the trial period but what happens when the trial ends ?
nb. I'm not talking about hardware or equipment.

cant find any terms, and I'm aware of the NDA thanks
As StewM says read the NDA again and contact trials team, but if it's like any other company out there once the trial is over you may have the chance to continue with the service/product at the normal fee

True, however when I asked the Trials Team specifically if we could mention we had been on a trial Martin replied only yesterday "I would say that if the product has been launched for customers you could say you had taken part in it (e.g. Multicast, Hub4) Regards Martin BT Business Assurance Trials Team"
The point of the NDA is to keep the content of the trials confidential, the point of the Forum is to help fellow customers...the two should not be mutually exclusive!
I'm sure if the MODs don't agree I will be edited within the hour!
