BT Trials on YouView

What happens at the end of a BT trial if extra BT services are ordered as part of that trial ?  I do understand that you are never charged for these extra services during the trial period but what happens when the trial ends ?

nb. I'm not talking about hardware or equipment.

You need to refer to the terms of the trial you signed up to.

Re: BT Trials on YouView

Then seek advice from the Trials Team. I suggest you read the NDA again.

Re: BT Trials on YouView

As StewM says read the NDA again and contact trials team, but if it's like any other company out there once the trial is over you may have the chance to continue with the service/product at the normal fee

Hi

In the trials I have been on and have finished BTs stance is you keep the product supplied free of charge as a sort of thank you.

Re: BT Trials on YouView

Stuart

True, however when I asked the Trials Team specifically if we could mention we had been on a trial Martin replied only yesterday "I would say that if the product has been launched for customers you could say you had taken part in it (e.g. Multicast, Hub4)  Regards  Martin  BT Business Assurance Trials Team"

The point of the NDA is to keep the content of the trials confidential, the point of the Forum is to help fellow customers...the two should not be mutually exclusive!

I'm sure if the MODs don't agree I will be edited within the hour!

Re: BT Trials on YouView

Sorry Tim that post of mine was to the OP and not to your post with which I perfectly agree. 🙂
