Yes I did go to BT help first and after many conversations with Rahul and Ashish and them sending me a replacement remote control saying that when I received it it would work again no problem, well it didn't and some where down the line it was suggested that I visit the BT fORUM FOR MORE HELP. I have tred ringing 150 but fell asleep waiting for a reply
What do I do now ?? my BT Vision box is not working as it should
Yes Darren new box is good now, had an initial panic when we did not have usual programs but after a full retune we were as we were. we will just have to delete recorded programs as were on box and start as new. Many thanks again for your help.
