Hi Neil, Apologies I haven’t yet no. Been busy. I also am rather thawted by the need to lose my recordings by doing this as I am extremely reluctant to do this as I have got into the habit of watching most of my TV in 'timeshift' mode, I rarely watch live TV. It's a shame the soft factory reset from the box controls doesn’t work then I could try that first. Is there no other solution to the BTPlayer not working issue that wouldn’t involve me losing my recorded programs? At the moment I'm paying for a feature of BT TV I can’t use!
