BT Vision plus box

I recently purchased a BT package including BT TV and Sports that came with a Youview box. As I wanted to record programmes I purchased a Vision plus box on the internet however it will not connect to the internet. Does anyone have a solution? The Youview box works fine and I have used the same connections for the Vision Plus box. The broadband is super fast and is newly installed.

Unfortunately

On 27 June 2017 the older BT TV service, BT Vision, was switched off. From this date, if you're using an old BT Vision set top box you'll only be able to:

• Watch and record live Freeview standard (SD) channels from the Freeview SD multiplexes

Sorry to tell you this but as per zulu17, where the internet is concerned the box is a brick and is now a Freeview SD reciever and recorder only.
