BT YouView Box App Issue (not working)

Hi Forum,

This afternoon I wanted to watch Now TV and the App would not work, every time I tried it just went back to normal TV channel, i.e. BBC 1 for example. I have tried to reconnect my BT WIFI smarthub and change the ethernet cable, but nothing is working to view any Apps now. This morning it was fine and I had not touched anything when I came back to my BT to view.

Is there is issue.

Try rebooting the Youview box

If it happens again, reset the box, if that doesn't work check for software updates and app updates. Then try restarting again... It normally clears any issues
