BT Youview+ Internet Channel Premium Channels constantly breaking up

Hi All,

 

I finally got my BT Infinity activated yesterday. I'm getting a decent speed of 22mb/s download and upload of 9mb/s so overall a pretty decent speed gain compared to sky.

 

However, I've now come to setup the Youview box and most of the premium channels are breaking up constantly, its like its a very poor quality signal. The normal terrestrial channels such as BBC One HD, ITV HD work perfect, it just seems to be Crime, Nat Geo, Discovery Channel etc among other premium channels. I've used the provided BT hub which arrived on Thursday, as well as, the provided Ethernet cable. The YouView Box and Hub are connected in the living room and the internet seems to be working fine, but I don't understand what could be causing the poor picture quality ? I've installed all software updates etc to the YouView box and from what I read online Standard Def YouView only needs 10mb connection I'm getting much more than this, so shouldn't be getting a broken signal.

Initially you could try restarting your homehub and youview box....
