The Issue in the thread is specific to the ATP tennis  full match replays not a general  one relating to the Amazon player use of  the insufficient/low bandwidth error message.

The OP mentions that she's having problems with the tennis and says that she only subscribe to Amazon to watch that. However, the low bandwidth issue is not just isolated to the tennis...

The issue that this thread was raised for is the full match tennis replay content giving a probable misleading error .  

saying you have a solution for some other instances whereby the same error message is displayed does not get us any further with the specific problem reported which the mods I believe have passed to BT Tv and I would like to understand how it is progressing.

If you would like to check whether you can view the full match ATP tennis match replays  on your Prime Video Player on your T4000 then that would be confirming whether you are experience the same issue or not.

Thank you for posting.

I'm sorry I haven't had any update from my colleagues in the BT TV team regarding the "low bandwidth error" affected the tennis replays. 

I'm chasing an update and I'll post back as soon as I know more.

I've just tried and it's working fine for me. Someone else has posted on another thread that virgin media customers are also having issues

Did you try the Highlights, a match replay or both? It's the match replays that won't run, the Highlights will.

It was me that posted about VM.

The same assets fail on both VM and BT - and seems to be most sport replays.
