Unbelievable. Unable to hook a brand new youview remote to my Panasonic TV, the help desk eventually informs me that BT know about this problem and are "working on it". The remote does not work with Panasonic TVs (only one of the biggest TV producers in the world)!
The desk offered no clue as to when a fix would be available, or how BT would be contacting its customers to let them know there was an issue. Didn't even make a note of my details to ensure I was on a contact list.
This is a major faux pas, and is truly bizarre. Does anyone else have any experience of this issue and what BT is planning to do about it?
