BT box just lost sound

Just been watching a rugby game that I had recorded and half way through the sound goes.  I stop the recording, restart still no sound, go live noe sound, BBC I player no sound.  But it I go to the direct areal input and I have sound.

Any ideas, mute is off, volume is on about 12.

Try restarting your BT box that may solve your problem

Reset the box and now all ok

Had you beeen using FF/REW while watching?  This is a known problem.
