Did any BT customers who required a tv aerial have to pay for the aerial and installation??

It's a chargeable service if that is what you mean, it was £120 but reduced down to £60 when taking TV at the same time, It's now reduced even further now to around £30

The Aerial installation is chargeable and you can find out more here - aerial installation service from Total Support Group (TSG)
