BT remote

I have got bt remote to work tv ect but sound buttons are not working up or down, stange thing is if i hold down ad button as i saw in a post it works is there a way i can get it to work properly

Hi @Flynn1, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Please Reset The BT TV Remote and then set up the Control TV with BT TV Remote again and see if that resolves the problem. If there is more than one code for your TV brand please try the other codes also.
