Strange one here, have done loads of searches but can't find anything on this same specific issue. I've set up my old man with BT youview box so he can watch I player Netflix channel 4 online.... All works fine.
However when using now app or prime, I can get video but no sound. Have searched all app options but can't see anything.
Box is connected to TV with HDMI, digital audio out and scart, have tried unplugging all cables and just using one at a time. BT box audio options set to stereo
I can't think of anything else? Any ideas?
Only other note is that he lives in very remote area so it's only getting 1.2 Mbps.... Which should be too slow but as mentioned, most apps play fine.
Just these 2. Any suggested welcome as it's driving me potty 🤣

Switch the box off and leave off for around 2 minutes then switch back on. It sounds odd but it seems to be the cure-all for these boxes
