We have been using the YouView box for several years, using iPlayer & Netflix without much problem.
I recently tried using the BT Player for the first time but am consistently getting the BTP-115c error message.
I have reset out broadband router and power cycled the YouView box but this hasn't fix the problem.
Any suggestions how to fix this problem? Thanks.
