BTP-15000 Error

I’ve been on live chat tonight trying to sort this issue out as not had my subscriptIon channels for ages! Every time I’ve tried to watch I’ve thought it’s been internet problem or something else (don’t watch a lot of tv) tried to watch movie tonight and said I didn’t have channel. 
live chat reset something their end and I thought it had fixed it but didn’t realise I was on a free view channel doh! Then they disappeared as it was 1030pm. It’s BH weekend and I was looking forward to watching some movies. Is anyone from BT able to see this and hopefully fix as I’ve seen from other posts people have had the issue resolved.

So I get no replies on here either. Sums up BT completely. Tier 2 technical getting no where too. Ridiculous.
