I have purchased my BT you view package around 2 weeks ago now and since receiving my You view box I have been unable to access my subscription channels. Broadband has been working perfectly but the you view box just doesn't seem to register that I am a BT TV customer. I have been on the phone multiple times to be told to try factory resets etc.. but no change at all.
I have seen from previous posts that many folk have had the same issues as myself and have had it fixed by posting here. Hopefully I can actually access what I'm paying for soon enough.

I'm sorry to hear that you are getting an error when trying to watch BTTV.
Can you confirm how you have your BTTV STB connected to your hub?
