I have recently moved to bt and I was given a deal for broadband and tv and line.
I was told that even tho I only have satellite into the house that bt would run via the Internet channels and bt player.
I'm trying to go to bt player and it gives me error BTP-115c
And also I cannot use internet for channels so now I have no bt player or channels and basically have a slower version of my Roku box, only being able to use BBC iplayer and Netflix ect
Can anyone advice me on this issue? Especially the BT player problem

The BTP -155 error usually indicates that the service hasn't been correctly activated on the network. If you call the Tech team on 0800 111 4567, they should be able to get this corrected for you.
Please give them a call and let me know how you get on?
