BTP-15990 error code and no help from customer service.
Basically joining BT has been a mistake from the start. I have been charged for a months use age before even using anything for one day. My broadband was delayed by 2 weeks before going live. Meaning BTTV WAS ALSO NOT POSSIBLE TO USE. I finally have the broadband up and running but now cannot get BT PLAYER to work keeps coming up with error code BTP-15990. After speaking to customer service members at least 4 different ones all in the same day after all disconnecting they are all clueless and no help at all even after asking for a call back if the line disconnects. I would like to get my BT TV up and running how it should be and what I pay for. Please can anyone help.
