BTP-15990 error

Hi

In November 2018 I decided to change to BT, ordered Ultrafast Fibre Plus, BT TV and BT Mobile.

I have had problems with all 3 products and ended up with Superfast Fibre (still not resolved), BT TV error BTP-15990 (still not resolved) and porting problems with the BT Mobile (now resolved).

It seems I have somehow acquired 2 BT accounts and despite numerous attempts to correct errors since November 2018, I have a recurring BTP-15990 error and cannot access BT TV. It worked for a few days over the Christmas period but now back to BTP-15990.

Can anyone suggest a solution to my BTP-15990 problem? I am really beginning to regret my decision to change to BT.

The 0800 support teams always seems very keen to help but no solutions have worked.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
