@ScottyP65 I have just picked up your email there, sorry I missed you when I tried calling.

I can see from your post and notes on the account that the BT TV is sorted, so I just wanted to check in and make sure you didn't need help with anything else.

We did some testing around the contact us link, it is visible on mobile (for you, it would be available on @NeilO profile). If that's not the case, please can you PM me a screenshot of what you see on Neil's profile.

Hi Stephanie, everything is perfect now. It was indeed an account linking issue caused by the home move team not updating the data for the Humax box when the phone and BB were moved. 


On the mobile link issue, I am the dummy there, I wasnt logged in so the link doesnt show up - sorry! As it doesn't prompt me to log in, I assumed I was still logged in....

 

DOH!
