BTP-20000

I've started with BT TV tonight, BT hub works fine, broadband signal is fine to TV (on demand works), but get error code BTP-20000.  On my account I've got the message "Your BT ID doesn’t appear to be linked with any of your BT accounts." so it looks like the TV package is not in sync.  I've been on chat and tried the factory reset of the box but get the same error message.  Is there anyone that can help?
