This is what it shows in My BT, has done this since activated date so it does not show what actual package I have. All the other sections work fine such as Your BT Mobile etc., Just the Your BT TV is the none functioning one.

Thank you for sending in your details. I'm sorry you haven't been able to view your BT TV package details through your MY BT. I've made an adjustment to your My BT, please can you try that again and let me know if your package details are showing?
