BTV-169 Castle S4 Ep9

Hello.  I've been watching Seasons 3 and 4 of Castle and have had no problems except with Season 4 Episode 9.  The subsequent Season 4 episodes are fine.

 

I get the error message:

 

Attention!  Oops, there's been an error.  Try again in a bit [BTV-169]

 

I've first tried to watch it last weekend (9th or 10th March) and have tried several times without success throughout the last week.  It's clearly been a problem for longer than "a bit" so I guess it's not going to resolve itself any time soon without intervention.

 

Can one of the mods help?  I'm guessing this is the best avenue to report faults such as these?

I am having the same issue, i can't watch episode 9, it is now the 29th March, so this issue has been ongoing for over 2 weeks, come on bt sirt it out

That episode actually plays OK on my new look box on BT Vision so its clearly available to BT

looks like its a youview, bt vision app, problem then and not tge whole of bt vision.

This problem has finally been resolved - thanks to the info from Patrick-Bateman on the BTV-162 thread.
