I was sold BT 4k as an upgrade to Max HD yesterday - I was told be the new package would be £5 cheaper.
It says the order is now complete but I am unable to get the 4k channel the you offer - says I need to upgrade my subscription ??
Any ideas ?
Sometimes you might need to restart your Youview box and/or Homehub.
If the order has now completed, I doubt that you've been moved over onto our 4k package. I am sorry if this is the case.
Have you received any order confirmation emails which states what package you are on?
