Wonder if anyone else has a problem with the above (The Borgias In Love)
When I select play it only shows the length as 20 minutes.
YEs there is a problem in playback .......although the bar shows that it has an apparent length of 20 mins (which is clearly too short) it actual seems to fail at 16 min 51 seconds.

Also found another episode (think it is episode 7) with the incorrect running time, this time it just shows 5 minutes.
How do I report these problems to BT.
The episode (5) plays normally on BT Vision with a full runnning time of 50:51.
So probably a problem with the on demand content on a single server so some people will experience the problem and others won't.
Reporting such problems is easy any of the fault reporting processes email , phonecall, twiitter or live chat - however my experience is that rarely do the normal support people actually route the problem to the teams that can fix it.
Eventually when there are enough people that experience the problem it gets acted upon. Given that Borgas s one of the highllights of the On demand I suspect that could occur soon.
Mods may pickup on the thread and route it to the right team(s)
I would also hope that failures to play would be captured by BT stats somewhere and if they exceed some threshold that would alert some support team to investigate.
Will just have to hope that someobe picks the problem up and gets it sorted as it's a bit annoying.
If the mods could pick it up that would be very helpful.
The episode 7 seems to have similar problem - yes it plays incomplete (5 minute or less) on a Youview box - yet on the BT vision it plays its full 50 minutes plus length.
Notice that there is a Killing thread that seems to talk about problems with playback on Youview wonder if it is a related cause.
APPEAL TO MODS
As there is now no direct Contact Me link for the MODS, they have to respond to any forum posting first, and as there doesn't seem anyway to report playback issues directly, can I ask one of the MODS to raise the problem with The Borgias (Episodes 5 & 7) with the appropriate person and get it resolved.
It's very annoying not to be able to view the complete series especially when it seems that it only affects BT Vision customs viewing via YouView.
Don't know if The Killing is a related issue as I haven't tried to look at it.
Please let me know what is happening.
Thanks for reporting the issue with Borgias. We are aware of the issue and this is being investigated. We hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.
Once I have an update I'll let you know.
