Britbox Subscription

I took out the free 6 month subscription with britbox and got an email which confirmed that it was activated. When I go into my BT it shows that I currently have britbox. The problem is when I try to sign into britbox it is asking me to subscribe and asking for card details.

How do I get it to recognise that I have already activated the subscription?
