Britbox subscription not showing on My BT account - so can't manage it

I subscribed to Britbox back in Aug 2020 for the 6 month free trial through MyBT account. Now looking to cancel it before i have to start paying but MyBT reckons I haven't got it...only gives me the option to 'get started'. I've def got it but i used a different personal email add when setting it up at Britbox end.

Tried via Britbox, and they say manage via BT account, so stuck.

Any advice?

I just looked on my account and Britbox is listed. I decided to cancel and it came up with a message that my 6 month trial ends on 6 April. So decided to leave for another week.

If you signed up for a trial account via a different email address, then I'm guessing it wasn't through BT? Have you tried using the Britbox web site with the email address you used?

Yes. And Britbox have said it’s linked to my BT account so no billing info on their system. 
It’s either I’ve found a way to get it for free or I’ll be stung for a bill when they untangle the billing issue between them...and my money is on the latter.

Did you get this sorted? Had the same problem after 6 month trial. Tried to cancel in June but no where on the BT SITE was there any where to cancel. had to do it over the phone but still to this day it appears on my bill every month. I have spoken to several BT staff and no one seems capable of removing it. Just today I have spoken to someone who says it will be gone in the next 5 days. We shall see.
It's not the size of the wand but the magic in the stick.

I'm sorry you're still being charged after the Britbox was cancelled. If the latest attempt doesn't work out please  post a reply to me and I'll be happy to take a look for you.

Hi, I have given it some time and Britbox still appears on my bill. Let me know what info you need.

If you have access to my account you will see this has been going on since June and I have been promised it would be taken care of several times.

It's not the size of the wand but the magic in the stick.
