Recently had to replace my HH5 due to a thunder and lightning causing damage to the phone lines locally. I have Infinity Super fast BB and the engineer provided me with a new HH5. However ever since I have had buffering issues on BT YouView and other boxes. I contacted BT and they assure me my speeds are fine. I manually changed my dns settings on my YouView box to match those on my BT Admin page but now I have no connection at all. Can anyone help?
