Premium channels can take up to 24 hours from the activation to work, keep your hub and Youview box switched on.
Premium channels are also delivered over broadband, have you connected the Youview box to your hub ?
Also, what package did you order ? not all include premium channels.
Does your BT sport and the AMC channel work ok ? I'd advise contacting them now, it's been 3 days so you should be up and running now.
It could be a few things, try Can't watch or access subscription TV channels first, if that still doesn't fix things ring them, support is 24/7

I'm sorry haven't been able to watch the subscription channels and part of your BT TV package. I'll be able to get this fixed for you.
