Bt tv app

I have a new Samsung smart TV but it only shows Programmes in standard definition  using my bt tv app. I do pay for full fibre and HD programming. Anyone with ideas as to what I can do?

I'm afraid the BT TV apps don't have access to any HD content other than BT Sport. The only way to view in HD is on your set top box.
