I have recently cancelled my BT TV package and have tried every day since the package deal ended to try and login to the BT TV purchases app to download the films I had purchased with no joy. I keep getting a third party user not subscribed message
Hi @JemmaB Thanks for posting and welcome to the BT.com community forums, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with the BT Purchases app. If you're using your primary BT ID and still getting this message there may be an account issue preventing the app from working.
