Bt tv remote

Evening people. I’ve just set up my youview box but the remote doesn’t work yet the little blue light is indecating that it’s working but it does nothing!

It controls my tv but I can’t do anything on the youview box.

Strange issue as if it wasn't working you'd think it would be the other way about (not operating the TV).  Send us over your details and we will get back to you.
