Restart your Hub and wait for the broadband light to turn blue.
Reboot your TV box by flicking the switch at the back.
Retry the service.
If you're still having an issue, you will need to do a factory reset. This is quick and easy, but will delete your recordings, scheduled recordings and personal settings in favourites and playlists. To do it, please choose the Factory Reset, delete recordings option in your YouView Settings menu.
