Hi there! I can see people are having a lot of probs with buffering I believe is what it is called....Was watching a programme from ITV iplayer,and it keeps jumping off the programme and going back to ordinary tv channel. I am NOT computer/television minded! Can anybody explain to me in very very simple terms what I can do about it? If you start saying in jargon what to do,I will not understand! Anybody know STEP BY STEP with full very simple full instructions how to stop it? Thanks.
ITV player isn't the most robust of Apps, it's pretty poor in all incarnations tbh. My initial recommendation would be to reboot the Youview box by turning it off and on using the switch on the back. iPlayer, ITV Player etc are generic to all Youview boxes whether supplied by a TV provider like BT or bought directly from retail
