Can't Manage Tv account online

Hi,

I have tried at random times over the last few weeks to manage my tv through my bt online account.
When I  click on manage subscription or one of my add ons. It always says its looking for the latest deals, Then it just say sorry we can't display it at the moment.
Help would be appreciated.

Yep same issue for me too. Apparently its due to the fact you've made a change in the last 30 days. But I was always able to do this before without getting this error.

Thanks for the reply. 

The last time I made a change to my account was in March. I have since had two monthly bills and still have the same problem.

Speaking purely from my own experience, it seems that you can upgrade your NowTV package anytime you like but you can only downgrade once every 30 days.

If you're unable to manage your TV account either way, that suggests that you still have an open order

That's what I was thinking about an order not being closed down properly.

Suppose I will have to ring them at some point then.

I've checked my account and there are no open orders. 

Prior I was able to amend orders online okay without any issues, now something has changed and I'm not able to.

@DavidM it looks like this is a wider issue and not just an issue with my account. Is this something that can be looked into. As previously I have been able to make amendments to my account online without any issue, it's only been in the last few weeks where this problem has appeared.

Similar problem for me. I did enter into a new broadband package on 2nd June and subsequently attempted to cancel a bolt on to my TV deal online but with no success. Eventually cancelled by telephone, an extremely long winded procedure. Maybe I will have to wait 30 days from June 2nd to manage my TV package online.

Are you wanting to upgrade or downgrade your package?

I'd be interested in hearing if others can upgrade whenever they want but can downgrade only once every 30 days as I posted earlier
