Can't add bolt-ons

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded to Entertainment Plus -my service is activated but the BT website says the order is still in progress.

This wouldn't be  problem but it's preventing me from adding bolt-ons. Can anyone help?

Have you tried ordering by phone. 0800 100 400 they are uk based.

I had this issue. You need to call up support and ask them to raise a case to manually close out the order. I had the same issue and it was done within 24hrs. After that I could then go back into my TV management .
