Can't record, no errors but program stuck in scheduler

Hi,

 

We have a problem with our BT You view box.

 

No shows have recorded since this afternoon. We cannot set to record anything now. We can watch what has been recorded and have some series' that we wish to watch on the recordings and don't want to lose.

 

Now it seems that I can delete all scheduled shows except one -  Hollyoaks at 18.30 today on C4. I think this may be the issue. A factory reset with keep recordings option has not worked.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hoping it will record Hollyoaks and fix itself...

Hi @skip_1 Sorry you are having a fault with recordings.

 

Did you get Hollyoaks recorded OK? and if so did it clear the issue?

Unfortunately it didn't work and the problem is persisting. Looks like Image have to try a hard reset ☹️

Hi @skip_1 Thanks for posting back and sorry to hear it didn't work.

 

It may be that the hard reset has to be done but if you drop us over your details we will be happy to see if this can be fixed without you having to do this. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

All programs now deleted from scheduler. Still cannot set recordings. Looking like a hard reset may be needed 😡

Hi John, thanks for making the remote changes to the box. Unfortunately it hasn't worked so a hard reset looks likely. Need to just watch the important recordings now.

Hi @skip_1 I called earlier sorry I couldn't reach you. I just wanted to check how you were getting on with watching your recordings before completing the hard reset of the box.
