Cancelled BT TV and youview box completely stopped working
My mother recently cancelled her BT services altogther but looking through forums I thought her youview box would continue to work. Is there any reason her box would now say signal issues on all channels after cancelling as it literally happened the day after service with BT stopped. Or is there a fix i can tell her to get the freeview working again. Many thanks

Assuming she is accessing Freeview channels which are provided via the aerial connection then if they have suddenly stopped then checking the aerial connection would be the first port of call. Has the Youview box been moved or cables disconnected since the TV contract was cancelled. If the aerial cable is plugged directly into the TV does the TV receive the Freeview channels.
Also is the Youview box now connected to a different broadband connection or simply has no broadband connection ?
